The wand market has long been dominated by one toy — the Hitachi Magic Wand, and while it's a great toy, the difference between a Magic Wand and the Kyro is like the difference between an Atari and the PS5.

I’ll admit that when this toy was first pitched to me, I was dubious. I mean, I’ve been using the Magic Wand for years — so why fix something that isn’t broken? But I decided to give it a try, since I was so curious about how they could’ve improved upon something that has been considered the gold standard in the industry for so long.
Imagine my surprise when I found out that they didn't just improve upon it — they basically invented a new category of sex toy. This is something that has the potential to make over the market. It's unlike any toy I've ever played with, and I've been in the sex-positive community for over a decade, amassing dozens of toys over the years.
The first thing that surprised me was that not only is the Zalo Kyro massager powerful and stimulating, it's also beautiful. It comes packaged in a black box adorned with Egyptian imagery, harkening back to the time of sex-toy aficionado Cleopatra, who reportedly used an empty gourd full of bees as a vibrator.
The wand itself is over a foot long, and you can choose from black or emerald silicone for your toy. It has a gold rim above and below the flexible neck, along a flared base. (The whole thing looks pretty dang regal, to tell you the truth.) The toy comes with two different attachments: a G-spot stimulator and a V-shaped extension that can be used for both clitoral or nipple play.
These attachments are what take this toy from just another wand to something totally different. You can have all the super-powerful vibrations and settings on Earth, which the Kyro definitely has (up to 5000 RPM, six speeds, and five pulsing options), but that doesn't make it as special as these attachments are.
The two accessory attachments suction onto the top of the wand like a sleeve and provide flexible, powerful stimulation to provide multiple avenues of orgasmic pleasure.

The G-spot orgasm is an elusive thing to people with vaginas. It requires work — dedication, even.
Before the Kyro, I had had the most luck achieving a G-spot orgasm either manually or with a super-flexible vibrating toy. I've had occasional success with certain thrusting vibrators, but those are incredibly loud, making them not great for parents like me. My only beef is that it is, well, beefy. It's 15 inches long, so there is simply no way to be discreet about it. This isn't something you store under your pillow for later. You need a decently sized drawer or toy box to store this puppy.
The speed with which it charges, and the fact that the charge lasts for over an hour and a half at full speed, more than makes up for the dimensions of the vibe. It also comes with a gorgeous silk storage bag, but know that's not going to fool anyone: If you accidentally leave it out, even in the bag, it will be noticeable.
What’s the bottom line?
The Kyro massager is a pricey purchase at $129, but it's worth it. It's a great investment in your pleasure and relaxation, and for the price of a nice dinner for two, you and your partner can experience years of mutual pleasure.
I do hope that in the future Zalo comes out with more accessories like a stroker or dildo attachment, but even with just the two they have right now, it's a phenomenal toy.
